WE Charity service agreement was said to have been handled by "public service" but the committee investigation found otherwise. I'm not saying this should be measured with the same stick, but the ethics needs to be 100% investigated. It seems due diligence is beyond sorely lacking. It issuing lavish public contracts to so called expert consultants, all government parties & public servants would do well to remember that the bill is being paid for by the one who stocks shelves at the grocery store as well as the Bay St. Banker.
