I need to get some kind of protective spray for my Train, Lennox and Dooku's boots. Every day I stress they're gonna crack and disentgrate.

I just took my battle damaged T1 terminator out of the box last night! Gonna pick up some that faux leather conditioner you recommend! Thanks!

That was the first time I took him out of the box lol. Got him a few weeks ago. Want to do a flashback review on him! His coat is in good condition but I did find a little peeling under the arm😬

Just bought my first few hot toys figures I got endgame Thor that has pleather pants and Spiderman far from home and was told the black parts are made of a rubber material. Was wondering would I be able to use 303 wipes on both or should I get the Trinova for the pleather and 303 for the rubber material?

I would think that would be fine to do. Is your collection room climate controlled? I think that would be the biggest thing you could do to keep your figures intact.

Great tips! The only one I never heard about is the museum gel. Gonna look for it, as I hate stands 🤣
The wires and super glue definitely are some of the collectors “best friends” hahah
    Cheers!

Double-sided Scotch tape: wrap it around your fingertip and its handy for cleaning lint/dust off cloth surfaces (like ROTJ Luke's black outfit).
Small binder clips: if you have a figure with very stiff cloth that doesn't drape naturally (like the mudtrooper), attach binder clips on the bottom to weight it down. After a couple of months you can remove the binder clips and the material should stay.
A soft bristle artist brush works as well as the cosmetic brush. It's been my experience that the brushes work okay on hard surfaces, but not on cloth.
I've used the museum gel to keep my Black Series on their bases. The other day one fell over. So, buyer beware, its not infallible.

Do you recommend this for your pleather/leather figures or do you recommend 303 protectant more?

I like this stuff a lot. You could use either or as long as it’s meant for pleather/leather.

Canned air can leave a residue from the propellants.

Interesting, never thought of that. Luckily for me I don’t have to worry about dusting with the moducases. Thanks for watching and commenting!

Thanks Phil! I haven’t done anything with my 89 Batman. I was actually going to do some research to see if there is a rubber protectant to use, but so far I have t had any issues. I’ll keep you posted!

I’ve seen some collectors use this for their rubber material figures. I’m going to get some a try it out myself.
