Thank you, it’s insane how difficult it was to take my 5 ah off this fan

I guess I never knew this was a problem. My five amp battery fits just perfectly with no issues from now

Thank you, Before seeing your video. I pulled, prying with a screwdriver, snatching, cussing a lot of bad words until I gave up. Love my fan but because of removing battery I stop using it. Looking for sandpaper right now...LOL

lol. I had to remind myself that I have zero patience and long ago I got used to forcing the battery out by wedging my fingertips into the gap behind it. It seems like my 3Ah batteries are harder to remove than the 5Ah ones though.
Now how can I stop the 3 different rattling/vibration sounds that all seem to come from the motor? After a couple years, that's my only complaint.

This is a casting flaw, I own 4 of these M18 fan. 1 of the 4 fan have this problem where my 2ah, 3ah, 5ah, 6ah, 8ah and 9ah battery is very tight. I was about to sand it down but Milwaukee day it’s a casting flaw so they send me a replacement.

That’s what I was gonna ask. If there was a purpose for blocking certain size batteries from certain tools, or if it was just sloppy production tolerance issues. Guess that solves it.

is this just if it doesn't fit? mine seems to be just shutting off with a full battery. Nearly brand new, maybe 2 weeks old

Danny, what is your professional opinion of the Hustler Raptor SD mower? Leaning towards getting a 36 inch, just starting my lawn care business. They seem very affordable. Thanks in advance. Love your videos, sir. Loyal sub.

Michael Lacare the raptor and toro time cutter are both mowers i would recommend for affordability. Definitely recommend a fab deck though
