Agolde are the best! I love that they are 100% cotton and don't have elastane. They don't stretch right away but they do over time to fit to your body, kind of like leather shoes. They will grow on you.
Thank you for reviewing these jeans it is so useful for all of use petite girls! Always find it so hard to decide if expensive jeans are worth trying since I’m so short.

I bought the Mother Tomcat jeans based on your previous reviews and LOVE them, especially for spring. Also I’ve been lusting after the Agolde Riley and CofH Olivia pairs so thanks for showing those! Btw I recommend Moussy Vintage jeans for petites. They’re a Japanese brand that offer amazing washes and unique distressing, and their inseams usually work for me.

Naomi I really love all of your Jean videos!!! We’re the same height and it’s just so rare for petite girls to do these reviews on the mentioned brands. I genuinely trust your recommendation and followed a few items, purchased them, loved them (already bought 5 pairs of agolde ah lord please help me) I’ve been eyeing the mother denims lately, and I’m so glad that you had a review on the Tomcat, definitely gonna purchase them. But one question with the insider step fray though, do you feel like the inseam work for us petite girls? And is it a high rise? I’ve seen Emma Roberts wearing them for years, but she has longer legs, and I’m more of a longer torso short leg figure, so that made me a bit hesitant.

I think with Agolde it depends on the Jean type/style since I’ve noticed that they are all made differently when it comes to cotton % and so on. I tried on the Sophie mid rise skinny ankle and omg most comfortable jeans ever. However I’m letting them go. I’m 4’ 11” so high/mid rise don’t look right on me. I’m on the hunt for low rise jeans.

I LOVE button fly jeans. I can open up my top button of my high rise button fly jeans when driving or sitting and not worry about the rest of the fly opening up like you would with a zipper fly.

Do you know how the fit of Blank NYC jeans fit in comparison to Paige or AG jeans? I bought Paige jeans bc of your videos and love them so now I am obsessed with trying other denim brands from Nordstrom’s.

I liked the style of the Lana jeans but I could never bring myself to spend that much on jeans 😩
They are definitely an investment!
When it comes to clothing, the ONLY ITEM I will splurge on is Jeans. Maybe a coat too. But honestly, jeans are totally worth it. You can literally wear them a few times a week a get ur money's worth easily. I'm not a fan of high end videos because alot of times its items that aren't even worth it . But in this case all u need is one or 2 pairs of high end Jean's and its life changing. Its really hard to find the right pair. I'm personally interested in the redone ones. I'm aware of the price, but if they flatter my body and are good quality, then I'm willing to splurge and invest. I can understand how some people may complain about the prices but if they only knew what a difference a good pair of Jean's will make, then they would go for it.

@@helenehelene1321 Hi Helene, I did not end up keeping them - they looked so cute on Naomi, but not so much on me. I think they will stretch though. I bought the mother, tomcat in a 24 and they are a little softer and did stretch out one some after a couple of wears. They fit prefect. I think the Agolde's are worth a try though :)

Mai, i recomandat getting a Fit Bit or some sort of tracker and do 30 min to an hour walks every day with the baby. Also decrease the portion you eat. It's a lifestyle change. It made all the difference for me. Good luck!

I bought the mother Tom cat, but it doesn’t fit like how yours does. Mine was like a mom jean and very loose and baggy 😩. However, yours is very fitted and looks more on the skinnier side. I was so bummed when I tried it on.

I have yet to find a pair of Citizens of Humanity jeans that fit. I find the fit very odd. I gave up. My favorite designer jeans are Rag & Bone. Hudson is a very close second.
Have you tried the CoH charlotte? Those are my fav ones and they are straight leg if you like that type of style.

If you buy a 90ies style jeans and expect stretch, then you do not know your jeans history. There was no stretch back then. They are 100% cotton usually which does stretch over time but does not have instant stretch like modern jeans. They need to be broken in and washed only in cold water and hung to dry. Over time they will fit you like a glove. They need to be a bit tight initially for that reason. I personally prefer that to stretch jeans - stretch jeans almost always bag out when worn for a few hours. Furthermore: Vintage style also almost always means a button closure (think Levi's 501)! A button closure is pricier than a zipper and most high end jeans have buttons, especially if they claim to be vintage style. I would suggest to do some research add that knowledge to your videos. It just makes no sense to say I am disappointed because I bought a high end true vintage style jean and it has no stretch and button closure. If you do not want these features, do not buy a true vintage style jean in first place. Also, pretty much every shop lists the material and closure type for their jeans. So if you look for a stretch jean, do not buy 100% cotton. If you don't want a button closure, look for a zip closure. Don't blame the jeans ;) Otherwise, great review, you put a lot of work in your videos.
