I have for a long time had a very messy room, it is INSANELY dusty. However i have not been able to clean it, because i do alot of stuff with friends. (and other activities) It is quite alot. My question is, how do i clean it the best way? Should i do everything at once, or should i do it in multiple sessions?
If you get a lot of free time you can do all at once,if you don't get much free time then you can do it in multiple sessions.

Hey Saxon don’t know whether you will see this or not but I need advice on how you follow a diet. You are extremely fit and look like you follow a strict diet so how do you do it?
a lot of a fit body comes from muscle tone and bigger muscles help you get that. resistance training + cleanish diet will be more effective than following a very strict diet. when it comes down to diet though, all you need to do is focus on is keeping protein high and calories low if you want to lose weight or calories high if you want to put on size. There are calculators to calculate your daily maintenance available online you just need to put your height and weight. I can't stress this enough but i promise you the key to getting toned is resistance training and good sleep.
