Excellent demonstration Sir, and thank you for adding the theory part as well...I am 2015 passed out, and did refer to your books as a PG.. i would like to add one more thing, as in cases of placenta previa or accreta, bleeding will not stop with uterine artery ligation, directly going for internal iliac artery ligation will save precious time and might save the uterus or even life of the patient. Do you agree, seniors and colleagues?

Muy buena exposición aunque la calidad del vídeo no es de lo mejor. La doble ligadura debe hacerse proximal a la Ilíaca externa para evitar formación de coágulos y distal hasta la uterina para evitar el reflujo de la glútea y que fracase el procedimiento.
