Jesus is our rock! We cling to him. He is the Word. What a great visual reminder! 🙌
This reminded me of something I had not thought of in years. I grew up in South Florida. Portuguese Man of War would cover the beaches sometimes after a storm. What most people don't realize is these Man of War are not a singular organism.. They are a colony of organisms that are almost all exactly the same, some would say cloned, but each have different purposes. They all work together to build a float or sail. My youth director as a teen made the correlation between us as God's children and the float being our faith. We are all created in our Father's image but we all serve different purposes. But if we help each other and love each other we also become one, the body of Christ. If we all pray together and help each other build faith which is the float that keeps us above the water, then we can move with the winds and that helps God direct us. If we don't stick together and do our part that we each were created for and build that float then we are just specks sinking in an ocean unable to get anywhere because we haven't any faith or each other and God can only direct us with the crashing waves. Thank you so much for reminding me of this. Thank you so much for finding those rocks and taking that walk.

Dear friend, the Word heals. I went through a very bad time, I started to read Psalms, David also had depression, and I learnt from Him to praise and worship and thank Jesus. I listen to gospel music, not any gospel but the music that glorifies God, when I go down in the valley. Holy Spirit lifts me up. It's not a quick fix, I often get anxiety it's hard but I rebuke the evil one, the darkness that wants to get me away from God. I know He cares and will heal if we give ourself in total trust to Jesus. I pray that Jesus through Holy spirit will touch you that He will break the strongholds in your life and let His light shine in the dark places. Put on the armor of the Word: Ephesiams 5, let go of all bitterness, unforgiveness. Hold on, stand strong and trust God. Reach out to others that are also being attacked by evil, tell them of the goodness of God. I trust you will soon be set free. Shalom.

I so appreciate your encouragement. I am hearing testimonies of people like yourselves who minister on the front lines, as to how much they rely daily on Scripture to function, overcome fear, heal from sickness, trauma, and depression, and how they rely on the prayers of the Saints for strength and victory, as well as the gifts of the Spirit like love, joy, and peace, etc., even in times of attack.
May we all, as we put on the whole armour of God, be steadfast and be filled with the Spirit, and pray always, with all kinds of prayers and petitions for all the Saints, and may we be bold because we understand that we need not be afraid. Blessings from Canada 🇨🇦

I know that feeling very well. I couldn’t see my way out. All I could do is bury myself in His word and cry out to Him. I did this for years…then suddenly He delivered me and restored me. I don’t know what you are going through, but I promise it can get better. Hang in there, His thoughts toward you are many.
I know when I used to feel overwhelmed and profoundly depressed (all the time), in my mind I knew it was a lie, but it still felt so true at the time. BUT THE LORD has given me the oil of joy, and the offering of praise (speaking about Him and His good works) to lift the spirit of heaviness, and make me an oak of His righteousnes. There is a ton of Scripture available to fight fear and any other negative feeling.
Now and then, if I feel down, besides having decided long ago that I was not going to live like that, I tell myself that my depression does no good for anything or anyone, so I hop up and get busy, and it disappears. It’s good that I still experience depression and the hopelessness that comes with it, to remind myself of what others are still going through. Lots of times, when there are real reasons for sadness, the best thing to do is to pray for them, so don’t be afraid to cry out. I have asked for prayer many times, and now experience the thankfulness and peace that pass all understanding. Blessings from Kathleen of Canada 🇨🇦

As soon as I saw the ROCK I knew!!!! Seaweed is so nutritious!!!! Did you know we are commanded to teach others. We are the salt. We must stay attached and feed the nations the ROCK! Like the branches attached to the vine!!!!! We must attach to the ROCK and feed the nations. GOD is about to do something through HIS REAL people. We have been trained by this world to compare, to compete and to watch. NOW we much not compete but help. We must not compare but to proclaim. We are to keep our eyes focused on GOD and HIS messages just like that ROCK with the Seaweed! Be the seaweed of nutrient!!! We must Here's my verse that is huge right now for me.
