Greatly done interiors with exteriors left to rot! ‘Barn conversions’ seem like a new ploy to make a quick buck. They make it look everything but a home ! Thanks.

What are you prattling on about... Barn conversions are given permission with the condition that the external elements remain untouched and authentic. You say "Greatly done interiors" then on the next line "make it look everything but a home" is this autism in action?
I've not watched the video , this Barn conversion is not Worth £1.5 million the outside says it all. 10 tun of 20mm aggregate is not a slick look. If it looks this bad on the outside what corners have they cut on the inside. On a positive note there is approximately £180,000. Worth of Land. These people are hoping to make £700,000. Profit Nicx
I’m sorry but you really need to check your spelling on this video. Firstly, it’s cabinetry not cabintry and, on your map, it says ALTRINGHAM - really!!! It should say ALTRINCHAM. Absolutely atrocious for a channel such as this
No porch or lobby between the front doors. The weather will just howl in every time the doors are open. What a ridiculous design oversight. 1.5 million? I'm out!
GB is 200 years behind Scandinavian countries or other mainlaid countries by building standards and looks. These so called houses are rather suitabke for animals. They are built of bad quality materials, but windows and roofs are just terrible.Such an obsolete 300 years old way to put roofs are seen only in UK and its former colonies in south asia where colonisers learned how to quickly set up a roof using plain stones. But prices for uk garbage houses are just unrealistic. This edifice from video meant for livestock could be worth no more than 20.000€ somewhere in Sweden.I dont even think it would sell for that much honestly.
Super looking property love the open plan room

Lovely looking home.
Lots to like about the Interior Designs 😊
Can't stop watching your videos ❤
I love the separate staircase leading up to a self contained bedroom and bathroom 👌
Well - “Jolly hockey sticks. I’ll take two Thank Yew”.
Stunning property wow ❤
Great property and fairly priced.
So beautiful ❤❤❤
I like it, it’s pretty.
Any footage of the main house?
Wow
Brilliant, £1.6 million for a barn conversion? thank you-next!
In 16 acres of land!
£1.5 million with a neighbour looking over the fence .. nice place but not with a neighbour that close
Considering some of the bigger property's you'll be looking at we'll over 10 million in that area, u can see how they've justified the price.
For "cosy" read cramped.

Grey, Grey and more Grey. Very boring.
What a horrible looking property. No way I’d swap my grade two listed rectory for this horror.
