LA Station was one of my most favorite stations to work. Being the ticket office manager, I had the sad duty of closing the original ticket office in front. Moving into the current ticket office near the train gates. I issued myself the last ticket printed in the old front ticket office, also issued myself the first ticket printed in the new ticket office. Lots of great memories made there.

We were there last Saturday 6/17/2023) (taking advantage of the free Metro rides celebrating the new 3 Metro Stations that just merged together for a good long ride). We decided to go to Union Station (not because we had to , (to change metros') but because we wanted to see it again; I remembered it being so beautiful...and it was...They have done a nice job, it looks very nice. Thx for the history lesson and tour! Good job!!

Nice tour video and this is the only way to see this marvelous station when edited and nicely cleaned up. Any other time it's usually a mess.

    The mural isn't 800' long...more like 80'.

There's a huge swathe of homeless camps literally across the street from the station. Sort that out and maybe more people will consider "discovering" Union Station.

This has fantastic info. I have driven by the station many times but never appreciated its importance.
BUT, the speaker is very irritating. Her voice grates on my nerves. She is fake, too, as she tries to express and over-express the beautiful setting. She was a poor choice for such a historical video.
