In adventures in the elements, while Luz was in Amity's magic cage, it started snowing out of nowhere with a whole in the clouds directly above Luz showing a constellation of the light glyph. Then it stopped once Luz found the ice glyph and used it to escape. And Belos mentioned, first in elsewhere and elsewhen, then during his fight with Luz in king's tide, that it took him years to master glyphs, like the titan was trying to hide them from him. And while king was talking to alador in clouds on the horizon, the wind picked up for a second and pushed king on the swing.

I personally disagree on having King speak with his father. It would strip out a lot of the mystery of the setting, and us Halo fans are familiar with the risk of completely yanking the curtain down.
I mean... We don't yet know if it was meaningless? Maybe Philip's plan was to crash the worlds into one-another, but since the spell got interrupted, the portal couldn't open fully? Or this could still be foreshadowing in some way that relates to the Collector?

Looks to me like it was supposed to be a reverse Timelapse showing from the time the titan died (protecting king probably and taking down the collector) to the modern day. Notice how the plants disappear from the top of the head at the start and that we don’t see the skeleton at the very end when the fireball explodes. That’s what turned the titan skeletal, burning off the flesh and skin and killing him
Feels like the story went on a very different direction from what was originally intended. Although this might have been more of a spitball than anything else, I guess.
My theory is that the collector was added in very late in production. The titan itself could've filled every role that the collector does now, and in original concepts maybe it was actually talking to Philip, but through some kind of artifact like the mirror. It explains the original "talking to the titan" that we now know was a complete lie in the real show, and it explains how the titan's heart is still beating. Then, when Philip betrays him, he would be the one waking up (instead of collector escaping) forming a special bond with King (bc it's his dad) and destroying the entire landscape (by standing up, instead of just some BLAST) edit: 1 more thing to remember, the collector debuted AFTER the episode that this scene was deleted from
Definitely not. Philip's story is very clear; a religious leader who says they are guided by a godlike figure, but suspiciously only he can talk to the Titan. It was clear after the S1 finale too, which was way before The Collector appeared, that Belos can't actually talk to the titan.

I just figured titans had a variety of features like that in their species. kinda like how dogs have so many breeds that look completely different from each other, just look at a golden retriever compared to a bulldog.
