The root cause of refugee must be solved through dialogue in diplomacy so that peace is restored as soon as possible.

Agreement of trust. 4. Collaboration with concerned country if migration happening due to disaster like earthquake...and scope of returning must be in document. However, illegal migration shouldn't be acceptable,but if condition like there is no immediate way to migrate legally,can be accept for some time , Otherwise we can use Technology ( dron , satelite imaging, DNA testing,..)to curtail illegal migration . Still India is not a part of international organisations yet respecting humanity by accepting it. For safe and sustainable migration, UN issue guidelines for countries can India follow some.
