I just came from the Alan Carr interview i think it was 2013 and it was my first time hearing of her.
Glad to see she is still famous and has children. She said she didn't want children in that interview.
Now i will watch this video. Obviously alot has changed according to the title.
I'm wishing her well from San Diego California. 😊🙏
Edit: interesting interview. If she were to read this, i have depression and anxiety and i also met a woman in her 30s ( im 62) who is bibolar. She's like a daughter and we talk.
We both do strength training and it really helps with our mental health. Especially if you lift hard. Not just to stay toned but to be stronger and a little bigger. It's good for the brain, heart and bone density. The last is very important for women especially.
I hope she adds this to her routine. Seems like a good person who is working on herself. ✌️

The smallest things can sometimes be too much. Like someone saying hello and not feel like answering. They get a bit like wandering what is wrong. And then probably get these psychosis’s. 🤡 are you sure you’re alright. Is there something wrong.😵‍💫 it makes you look bad and have done something wrong by not answering them.

Instead of nights out looking glamorous. Don’t let people chip away at you and drink too many all night. This will unbalance your mental health. Stay in and wash your hair. Watch a film have some dinner and breakfast and don’t worry about us or them. Then probably feel better and stronger.

It must be hard for you having children to look after and still being quite young. I expect you want to be doing things as well. It is hard to find something to do. This psychosis is what they said I had but I don’t think it is fair to say that everything is a psychosis. I wander what the answer is? Perhaps see you at the gym or out jogging.
