I would love to have either one of those but I would have to save up for the pricier ones. It’s not luxury per se, but there is this French Jewelry brand that sells charm bracelets, necklaces etc. called Gona. Their charms are similar to Pandora, but I think they appeal more to my esthetic. I really want one of their birthstone bracelets or one that has themes of space or fantasy. I love morganite. Fortunately I bought numerous pieces many years ago when only serious gem collectors had heard of it and it was very inexpensive. Those days are gone so I am really glad I did now. They have proven to be a good investment. I have been collecting jewellery since I was 18 and there’s now only 3 pieces left that I want and then my collection will be complete. The Tiffany’s diamonds by the yard bracelet with 5 diamonds in gold, a pair of Tahitian pearl drop earrings with parve diamonds and a Cartier watch, the one I have my eye on is the Pantere in gold and steel. I will probably be only buying one of these next year as they are very expensive. So no more handbags next year either.
That is what I live so much about jewelry is that it’s not going to wear out the way a bag or shoes would. I can justify the cost in my head very very easily. My two best purchases this year were jewelry.
