Hi, I want to know where I went wrong - I tried the same recipe with chicken but the masala got burnt when I let the chicken cook on low flame for 30 minutes. Do I need to add a bit of water to it?
Yea... chicken need less time to cook.... add half a glass of water only if u feel the gravy is dry..... as mutton release lots of water u don't need to add extra water if you use mutton
