Thanks for your comment. Unfortunately, we have to disappoint you. These motors have dimensions of 2-3m x 1.5m and in the height you still have to add the motor cooling unit. The total weight of approx. 25 tons will certainly also be a challenge.
It always seems scary to me testing a non-fastened motor. Is there some protection for a situation when sudden braking occurs, say, wiring shorts, VFD shorts out or glitches, etc.? I know it is very unlikely to happen, but it would create a serious disaster...
Thank you for caring about the safety of our team. But, there is no need to worry. All safety precautions are properly taken. For electrical problems, there are appropriate protective devices that create an immediate absence of voltage. Against mechanical blockages, all housings are so solidly constructed that at most the bearing of the motor could be destroyed but no human life is endangered.
Wow, schönes "Motörchen" XD 7,9 MW können doch schon einiges bewegen. Das Teil hat wirklich nen schönen Sound :) Bei dem Oschi dürfte der Klemmenkasten so groß sein, wie so mancher Elektromotor an sich.

Spezialanpassungen in dieser Größe sind unser Steckenpferd.
