Acts 2:38 Peter said repent and be baptized and you will receive the gift of the Holy Spirit- no mention of speaking in tongues. Acts 8:14-17 no mention of speaking in tongues. Acts 8: 14-17 Peter and John layed hands on the Samaria men and they receive the Holy Spirit- no mention of speaking in tongues. Acts 9:17 Ananias layed hands on Saul and he received the Holy Spirit- no mention of speaking in tongues.1Cor 12:13, Eph 1:13 - no mention of speaking in tongues. 1Cor 12: 4-11, 28-30 scriptures shows that all believers are not giving the same gift distributed by the Holy Spirit.
