Thought, that one verse at the end there. “…and maybe find his way back home”, does he want to though? Because keep in mind that Ainz hails not from our normal present time, but the future of 2138. And while the anime doesn’t go into the World of 2138 with too much detail (if at all), the Light Novel paints a very graphic picture of what type of future Ainz comes from. Imagine a combination of the dystopian futures depicted in Blade Runner, Ready Player One, and the extended ver. of James Cameron’s Avatar with a dash of Judge Dredd, a pinch of Robocop, and a light sprinkling of Hell Valley (the dark alt. timeline run by Biff Tannen in Back to the Future Part 2). So yeah, a world of pollution, deep seeded corruption, and rampant greed practically ruled by megacorporations that own a monopoly on pretty much, everything.
Alone in a world with the children of your friends who worship you as a deity, but with no friends or anyone who can accept you for who you truly are. This song conveys the true terror of Momonga having to live as Ainz Ooal Gown. Poor bastard.
