I crashed a dirt bike back in september 2017, launched myself over the front of the handle bars and crashed down on my head/neck, heard my whole spine crack, and everyone (including me) thought I had broken my back. luckily i only walked away severely bruised and with a broken wrist. unfortunately due to my back injuries, im still in pain to this day from the impact of flying 20ft and smacking the ground. the only reason why im still in pain is because i currently cannot afford to go to a chiropractors and im slightly uncomfortable with the idea, thinking i will just be put in more pain (because its going to be a new healing process and i know i will have to have multiple adjustments done), but never the less, i love watching your videos. super informative and instructional.

I wish I could go get my back fixed by Dr Rahim. I have back pain, neck pain, shoulder pain, leg pain, even my elbows hurt. I honestly need to visit a chiropractor bc I've never been to one and I've had aches since I was 11 bc I was living on a farm from then till I escaped to the city a year ago haha

Dr. Rahim, I'm assuming that same rule of sleeping on the back applies to toddlers? My 17 month old, since 6-8 months ALWAYS rolls over to sleep on her stomach. No matter how many times I roll her over, she goes right back to her tummy. I worry that she is doing damage to her atlas/spine. Thank you for your time!

I'm 16 and have the same exact symptoms. I lay on my stomach as well and my knees have been cracking for like ever. Also coincidentally I also got a convergent sprain two years ago in gym class and ever since then I've felt numb on my left pinky toe and nothing the doctors did stoped it. Also I have flat feet which adds to the pain in my legs/chins and makes me walk like Austin. Should I be visiting the chiropractor because it seems like that's too much and my mom sais im too young for that ?
