Sanskrit is older, but only marginally, and certainly its oldest form probably dates to around 3500 years ago at a stretch, and even then only in a proto-Indo-Aryan form. The oldest attested language is Egyptian at about 4500 years old.

Well, I disagree with Basque, specifically they still don't know when did it appear in history but there are theories about having 15.000 years backward of history from caves with writings.
