Depends of which variant you are using. The original 2017 model SM-G1650 runs up to Android 7; the re-released 2021 model SM-G160N (exclusive to Korea) only goes to 6.0.1. What does he mean, "Cheaper than the Cat S22 Flip"!? The S22 is $60 US and the Folder 2 is $100-$150 US.
When I made this video, the CAT S22 Flip was $279
Oh. Wow I've never seen a youtuber reply to one of my comments. Thanks!@@JoseBriones
Also I'm under 18 and I think flip phones are cool, but I wanted one with modern tech that I would actually use. Would you reccomend this?
Also do you know if it runs stuff like call of duty mobile or minecraft
Does anyone know if this phone will still work in the US using TMobile? Or any other carrier?
Any way to update this to Android 8 or at least 7?
Not really. At least I don't think so
@@JoseBriones I appreciate it, thank you
Can i use telegram and whatsapp?
Some websites say it's Andoird 6.0, is that still usable though? I have a few travel apps I use regularly.
Depends of which variant you are using. The original 2017 model SM-G1650 runs up to Android 7; the re-released 2021 model SM-G160N (exclusive to Korea) only goes to 6.0.1. I would say that might be useable for some as Samsung chose not to offer a higher software version for the newer device. For me personally, everything works just fine as long as the device is connect to WiFi.
@@Buddeh23 I'm a light user, only essential apps, and hate big phones, really tempted to get one of these, cheaper than the latest foldables as well. Just worried about OS support.
Boost mobile worked for me
@@I_Am_NiiTAwhich version do you have cause he has the chinese version 2017 g1650
Did he update to this version of Android or did you manually install it from the PC?
It came with it.
@@JoseBriones oh ok thanks 😁👍🏼
