Some vehicles had rotating red lights. I would guess that they are from before the blue light reform but the police had steady burn red in the front only. Are there examples of Police with Rotating Red Lights?

In the past fire brigade used red lights ? It was the same for ambulances and police ?
Here in france emergency services used orange lights untill the mid 1960's

Untill 1970 all Swedish Emergency vehicles was required to have red lights. Untill 1962 there was just allowed to show solid red lights, but there were units with beacons in the late 50's. And units had to have solid red equiped until 1970 ("blue light reform").
