Great finds lots of things I want to pick up for myself, The shower steamers I have seen other UA-camrs showing from Amazon and yes they are expensive but they suggested breaking them in half so it’s better value. Have a lovely week ahead 💖

Aimee you can get some amazing shower steamers. When my ex's sister had a back injury she was allowed her first shower after 12 weeks. So I sent her a package from Amazon of shower steamers like all fruity etc ones. At the time I don't think they did them but I know that Lush now do them. I only have a shower (with a chair) due to spinal problems but finding them was a game changer- home bargains usually sell some individual ones for about 49p in the bubble t range in little square boxes near soap and the cheap face cloths if you want to try one out xx
The sauerkraut is only good for your gut if it’s not pasteurised. If you just picked yours up off the shelf it won’t do anything for you, it has to be the fermented stuff that needs to be kept in the fridge.

Hi Aimee to stop hayfever you need to start taking calcium tablets every day by this time next year you should be immune.Also cut down on dairy food as this makes a lot of mucus in your body.I take osteocare by vitabiotics calcium magnesium vitamin D, zinc etc 💕🌺💕

China stopped requiring post market brands to test on animal back in Jan 2023 so this has no relevance as to whether a brand is cruelty free anymore. Both brands with origins in china and western brand selling there can be still be completely cruelty free.
Also even before that it was for beauty and cosmetics not cleaning products

Instead of those Steam tablets of eucalyptus for the shower room buy the eucalyptus oils and put in a pan with boiling water 🤧 and breathe 😮😮🤧
People stop saying that she needs to stop buying wasteful things, she does what she wants the pet 🐕 birthday kit can last her forever if she's careful with that, what annoying 😠 thing is that people always wants to boss others around, even if it is to "save the environment" excuse, always the same.
You need to stop encouraging people to buy stuff they don’t need and will end up in landfill. A pet birthday kit is a typical example of wasteful purchasing.
