Washing your hands is one thing but being gloveless and having those neon claws is something else altogether. Our campus health inspector would've put her out of the kitchen. Because even if you wash your hands, you can't get all the dirt from under those nails while you're prepping food like that with no gloves. That's especially true when prepping different foods for one meal.
