Shes saying "carry" and "I carry." I interpreted it as her continuing the smack talk and bragging that characterizes this track. Shes highlighting her importance in the industry and to pop culture, saying she moves things forward, she has impact, she is one of the last true pop icons of substance in the vein of an MJ or Prince who put their craft 1st vs commercialism or social media antics so she "carries" that legacy. What shes referencing by "house" is also open to interpretation and i think shes using it to refer to multiple things i.e the music industry and her personal affairs.
