hi Mariah, thank you so much for this message! it resonated sooo much to my situation so I just thought I’d share something to add on from my personal experience-the stuck energy for me is still being stuck with my family in my hometown. I moved back in with my grandmother during covid who is narcissistic. almost 3 years later, I’m still here when I thought I’d be long gone by now-long story short it turned into a massive, intense healing journey. I’ve been literally stuck here for these past several years due to finances, and things were just not happening the way I wanted or expected them to. now I know that things were not moving because this period of time was meant to be my transformation.
now at this point, I feel like I’m in the final stages of transition; tying up loose ends but these healing challenges are tough. it’s been so hard not to resist after how exhausted I’ve already been after everything!!
but my point is, once I started following my intuition without question I realized that I have to go with the ebbs and flows of the energy and slow down when I need to. and I realized that this was to push me into learning the last few lessons in really difficult cycles and finally closing them out. it was also to do shadow work and integrate my shadow. after working through this and releasing my own resistance, I can feel my energy coming back into alignment again. AND I’ve also dealt with the relationship I have with my grandmother to the best of my ability, which was a huge obstacle in keeping me stuck.
I just wanted to share this for anyone who currently feels stuck-don’t resist it!! it will get better, but it’s going to be challenging and you have to put in the work. give yourself grace, patience and compassion. you will feel so much better on the other side 🩵🩵

Wow leo here and this absolutely resonates i use to feel stuck but i can feel something shifting within me and i am starting to feel not stuck its bad enough that i do feel heavy most of the tines because i can tell its not my energies and i only said this a few weeks ago that i feel like a sponge because everyone coms whinging and complaining to me about their issues in life.
I definitely have experienced this energy exchange after relationships. I always recognized how I would change, but just thought it was my imagination. All I can say is wow... and I'm glad that you went on that tangent because you're allowing your self to process the information and message in the manner in which we can get it...
