Hi there! I’m currently researching ways to rehab my labrum tears and bicep ruptures. Would you recommend the use of a posture corrector to hold the shoulders back during any of these? Or is lighter weight with slow, focused movement better here?
I would not recommend a posture corrector but I would definitely recommend working with a physical therapist either in-person or online to help with your recovery
Did you have a torn bicep? My Insurance won’t give me anymore pt and I have no idea the intro to strength training. They gave me no packet
