Please don’t ever take this down! I’ve spent the last month learning Kim’s harmonica part, and blast this song every morning at my house. I’ve now got my 3yr son asking me to play the “shuffle song”. ❤
James improvisation is incredible we will never see the likes of him in our lifetime he was something else I only got to see him live once in Chicagoland but it changed my approach to music entirely he makes it look so easy and he’s just riffin and with Kim Wilson on the side laying it down heavy this whole thing is unreal
Oh man! Thanks for loading this up Nathan! Miss all ya all... This is brotha' Joey. Makes me miss San Diego and musical times historic 🖤Troy and Alan! Dang that's a killer rhythm section. I'm funny that way but I aint funny that way!
Harmon in his later "improvise it all as he goes" phase was simply amazing. I saw him burn the Torch Club down in Sacramento around 2013 with so much brilliant off-the-cuff singing and playing. At the end he squinted at the audience and said "sorry for anyone who came to hear a bunch of muddy waters songs." Nobody was disappointed. A great and fearless artist. He's missed.
Went to a New Year’s Eve’s blast with that dangerous man James Harman blowing the roof off the Marina in 1982. Got close to Kim at Antone’s and Hawaii. And Nathan! Oceanside pier in 2012!
Man oh man, I miss you big James Harman!!! Hope your jammin' with the Blues greats in Heaven!!

What a great video. I'm a guitar player and also build guitars . I'm going to have to make one of those washboard guitars. I can't help myself.
Make sure you use a washboard with good tone wood that has been reliced with lye soap.
I saw Nathan 12 years ago on Oceanside Pier with his washboards when he was a one man band! The man has come aways!
sweet guitar!
For et band kjære venner. James er i stjerne humør. For ikke makan.
