I’ve flown economy and business on Latam and was pleasantly pleased with the service and overall product. The check-in experience could’ve been smoother and also boarding at the gate but it definitely was a better in flight experience than American Airlines.

That‘s what my experience have been like so far, I would always prefer it to AA as well. 🤝
