Birth of the Federation: Federation Starbase vs Klingon Invasion Force

Birth of the Federation PC game with 1.02 patch and Multi pack mod.
I'm playing as the Federation and at war with all the major races. This battle occurred at Vulcan with just a starbase defending it. A Klingon invasion force of 21 ships entered Vulcan space.
All ships except for a few armed transport vessels were destroyed.

could someone help me? I use Ultimate version 0.7.0 editor, and converts the file to a jpg file tga.Dodaje to the list of files and then try to change the pictures of races, but instead of those that appear in other set-turns me on the Cardassian's to Pakled's. What can I do To set your own pictures of races? PLEASE HELP URGENT. thanks in advance :)
