1 dozen Ackee or (1 tin drain) 4 scallion chopped
1 large chopped onion
2 chopped garlic
1 tomato
1 teaspoon black pepper
Salt to taste
Place Ghee butter into pot add scallion,onion, thyme garlic and Ackee.
NOTE :If it is tin Ackee pour off the water in the tin and pour some boilng water stay for 5 minutes pour and add to pot. ENJOY!
