Congratulations on 90k🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉. I’d tell you not to worry about letting your subscribers down when you either miss or are late with a video but, I know it’s easier said then done. I’m a chronic worrier myself and it not easy to stop worrying when it part of you make up. However, what I will say is I look forward to your uploads and I’m just happy to see what you create each video and I’m not counting if you get all three weekly videos up. Hopefully what I’m saying makes sense a rewrote this comment like 5 times. That no matter the amount of videos you upload weekly I’m just happy to watch.

Did I miss something? Why would people compare how many videos you do to others! That’s ridiculous! You do what works for you and I, for one, will enjoy what you bring to your table. Informative, however....WAAAAY too long due to too much frivolous chatter. Sherry seemed very "scattered and disorganized", unlike other more professionally-done tutorials by other teachers. Viewers should not have to wait until a video producer looks for her tools or pieces included in her kit. For these reasons, I will not subscribe. There are many more video producers on UA-cam for info. Good luck though!

Great video, first time watching and a new subscriber. I love "Let's Resin" products that's all I use in uv resin and epoxy. No smell at all although still wear a masks, but noting lingering through the house afterwards. I'm going to to make this. I have all the products never thought about doing that. Thanks for the video.
I have larger watt nail lights, I have that one too and I think I time it at 60 sec but I don't think it dries enough for me.
Is that a special felt pen marker you're using? Can I use any color? You're doing great, my kind of people. I use those finger protectors. My daughter got me a respirator which I do use...sometimes.
Hello. I love this video. I have that UV Resin starter kit, but haven’t used it yet because I wasn’t sure what to make with it. I will definitely be making some of these. My question is about the sharpie marker. Will any sharpie do or does it need to be a special kind? Like permanent, or oil based. Thanks so much for sharing this with us.
I dome both sides sometimes it hides imperfections especially if I add a tiny bit of fine gold glitter to it I know it s th back but some times my necklaces can be worn either side 😊😊😊😊😊😊😊

I like slightly bendy things when I unmold things. Especially the difficult molds. I think its easier. They harden in a day or two. Just have to make sure the item sits flat for a few days. Unless you want them to harden bent. I only make things for myself tho. I don't sell anything so don't need that many. Love your vids. Congrats on 90 thousand. Hi Sherry, I'm new to all this resin crafting, while watching your video, I was wondering can you substitute the mylar flakes and use like small dried flowers or would they not work with this type of resin? Any suggestions/tips would be wonderful, thank you~

You can get a sanding block to get those edges a little safer. Beautiful pieces you made.
I learned several new things in this video: curing on both sides with the mirror! And painting the back of bezels with the marker! A tip I'd like to pass along: I use my heat gun back n forth over the resin softens it and removes bubbles. I love this video!!

Diggin' on the mirror application to double-side cure..
I have the same mold - just made earrings with the obtuse shape,
glitter in the bottom half 'fading' to clear on top, and used the tear-drop
you're working on curing 3-4 layers with different mylar colors in each layer,
then treated the back to 2 layers then 'domed' both sides.

How does the UV light penetrate that dark pendant and dry completely? Don't you have to use UV resin in clear molds for the UV light to penetrate & cure it all the way to the bottom? Thanks - lovely video!

But it doesn't cure on both sides 🤔because the underside is blocked by whatever you're curing right?? ONLY if its see through or a little opaque!
i've found the reason why the jump rings don't fit through the hole is because the hole is straight, not curved like the rings. I've had to straighten the jump rings in order to fit them through, then bend them back into a circle. Or try to anyway. The resulting circle tends to look deformed. The mold makers need to fix that issue.
Im not sure who's telling you otherwise, but bringing the knife towards your thumb the way you did is the correct & safer way to do it..

I am a bit of a worry wart and instead of moving the stick about would move the Curing lamp over to the stick .Your projects are awesone ,have been learning a lot from you .thank you so much for teaching us as I know nothing about using UV resin .

When you said you could put black resin on the back did you mean black uv resin or regular resin
Why don't you just paint a thin layer of resin on the first staged resin cast then add the mylar flakes to the tacky surface then overcoat with the final pour of resin. That way you can control where the flakes sit and save a lot of resin you are wasting ?

Thanks for the tip with the mirror, I'm new to resin. I tried to do some earrings and it never cured. I thought maybe the resin was old or something.
Nice video, I always take my hand drill, and run through the hole again. Thank you!
I always put a very small dab of super glue on the split, then when it's dry, turn the jump ring so the split is inside the piece.
How did you get the whole poked in the thing
The mold is designed to make the hole. Has a small silicone peg like thing that the resin goes around to create the hole.
