Sir, It is not always that an evidence which is relevant is always admissible. Ur two explanations 1. Dead person wala. 2. Admissibility wala. Thode confusion me reh gae.
U/s 161- statement are always used to contradict a witness, it is always without oath. Hence court deposition which is always on oath becomes important.

You can't exhibit any further documents if cross has already started.... In case original documents were not present, documents can't be exhibit but can get mark. But if at the time of cross examination, if you are confronted with any marked documents, you can show the original and may get it marked by the permission of the court
सर devorce केस मे कुछ evidance समेट नहीं कर सका। evidance closed हो चुके है। क्रॉस examination भी closed हो चुके है। अधिबक्ता जी का cross examination नहीं हुआ। अब एक सवाल है कि क्या अब evidance दुबारे से समेट किया जा सकता है। और वो कोण सा रूल है। प्लीज गाइड करे।

Parties can approach the high court to reopen the right of examination by submitting reasonable issues which left in the previous examination
Appeal and set aside order which closed ur right.
