Is there any reason why you don't just let the chickens pick the scorpions on their own? I've seen chicken do that but I am not a farmer so I don't know if here would be a problem.

I am in southern Nevada , My hens love scorpions . We harvest at night with black light, cut off stingers . Feed in morning.

@@A_Box you probably could, but you risk them getting a sting which would hurt them a fair bit, which would slow down their growth/health
