I hope they are adjustable so that people aren't getting blinded from them. Or are they strictly for off road like the light Pods?

There are SAE fog versions available that limit the amount of light projected up (higher than horizontal). I'd use those if you want to use any on the street.

I hope it's more durable than the r-46 that I have got... The crystal gets cracks with time.

is it water resistant? thanks
