My buyer is insisting me to sign on cidco transfer document before the final deed. I have received only 1% of the whole flat amount as part payment till now and 1st registration is done. Remaining amount will be paid to me through loan. Is it safe for me as a seller if my buyer starts the cidco transfer process before the final sale deed? Please help urgently.

Mam I have paid registration charges through GRAS all I did properly but when the challan generated It was showing 0030063301 Amount of Tax Under the account head details it should mentioned as registration fees. Could you please check and confirm.
Could you make a dummy registration challan of rs1 and see weather it's showing the same so it will clear my doubt. Waiting for your reply 🙏🙏
