@@yoyosmugler Melodic Metalcore and Melodic Death Metal are sister genres and have a lot in common, so it makes sense that some bands have a holistic approach that captures attributes of both styles (which Dreamshade clearly does). I see that as a net positive as it allows them to create straight forward and catchy songs with stylistic depth 😊

This is the only song I ever listened to that when some people it's has that affect on you, like my son for instance battles with depression 😕 but I cried when I heard it because it takes him away from things he worries about and this song explains it 💞 perfectly 🥰. I'm back after three years from discovering you guys for the first time. Gotta say how much I love the lyrics of this song. They are super uplifting and relatable. I am at a place where I feel motivated and energized as well by music. I mean I always have been, but now that I've become a music producer of sorts, I feel this song even more because everything does go away when I put my headphones on and press play ;)

So happy this album is a bit heavier, while obviously having that signature dreamshade melody. Vibrant was nice, but definitely missed having that "punch" to it. Imagine if we got something similar to TGOL :O

"Question Everything" competes "Impulse", "Elephant", "Nothing but the Truth" (oh dat solo is amazing) and "Save This" to be my favourite track. This opening track (and video) is also great!
