EDIT: Nevermind, the 3/World voice actor was Tony Rosato. My mistake! If I'm not mistaken, Danny Wells remained the Luigi voice actor through all three animated shows (while Mario's voice was changed from Lou Albano in the SMBSS to Walker Boone in Mario 3/World).

I did have an concept idea,and that is: In Oh God No,it could seap during the Peach part to where they would be they're "irl" appearance,but throughout the whole song,they stay in they're "cartoonish" apperance,pretty much both of the stories are the 'same' with some difference,in the cartoon world,it stays the same,like the original creepypasta,Luigi betrays Mario out of jealousy and joins King Koopa (so in the cartoon world,it's like a Lost Episode),Mario head onto the castle to save Toadstool (Peach)...only for Luigi to be there,and of course,Luigi dies in the original style.In real life,Luigi is still jealous,but instead of how the cartoon is like,Luigi there would make a plan by himself,that is murder,so one day when Mario came home,Luigi starts to attack the red plumber,until Mario accidentally attack by,in results,Luigi begans to be brun alive (by fire and not lava),Luigi slowly dies a painful death as he's skin melts away,Mario can only watch in horror,hours later,Mario tells the attorneys about the story,some people that seen the Mario Bros. know Mario is innocent and it was an accident for Luigi's death,other thinks otherwise. For I Hate You,it would also change from cartoonish style to the real world,in cartoon,Luigi would been "alive" due to he's hatred being so powerful,appearance wise,Luigi would look the same as the original creepypasta and he would been against BF,in the real world,Luigi isn't alive but just an hallucination that's forever in Mario's thoughts due to guilt,Luigi in the real world would look more like the remake (Ignited Hatred's Canon Ending;the reason why I said canon ending is because in the remake,there's three ending,one if you beat Luigi,one where you lose to Luigi,and one if you take the weird mushroom),and instead of BF,it's Mario himself,the end of the song is different,as in the cartoon world,it ends like the original I Hate You song,in the real world,Mario accepts the fact that Luigi is dead,Luigi fades away because Mario finally moved on from he's (deceased) brother
im assuming it's either: -because luigi's voice in the cartoons sounds a bit too far off from his current voice -or to show the opposition between mario and luigi in the song
I feel like the voices would fit the characters better since Super Mario World came out when the characters were still voiced by Walker Boone and Tony Rosato.
