I’ve been scammed also here but state side I hate to do but I’m going to have to turn her name into uscis with proof that she hasn’t physically lived with me except for the 22-23 school year and ever since then she’s stayed in Pennsylvania with no intentions on moving here after her resident and work visa has been approved but I’m hoping uscis revoke or when it’s time for her to renew it will be denied I’ve been in touch with a lawyer for the pass two years along with studying how the process works and how defrauding the US government in a manner such as she did plus she was in chat room and didn’t know that I was in there and I heard her say that she was looking for a way out of the marriage and that’s when I started to looking deeper on how I could make the case a solid one with efforts to have everything revoked
Why is it a necessity in Islam for the female to be a virgin if she can still bear children, and function the same as any respectable, modest woman? Is the perspective groom/husband expected to be a virgin? If not, why not? Chastity should work both ways in order to start off a successful marriage.
Allah SWA tell us in Quran concerning Marriage! Don't marry your daughters to the disbelievers, non-Muslims! Everyone should get married in the Masjid! Also know the Imams at the different Masjid. Brothers should have place to carry his wife! Have an income to support his wife! Speak to the Muslim Abi and Ummi of the girl and go with to with the African Imam who speak the language also.In-ShaAllah! Alhumdullah!
