Be sure your Zepp app is the latest version. I have a new watch and the latest version of Zepp and it does have the option to add accounts, including Strava.
Could you have created a child account by any chance? The add account option is not available if you have a child account e.g. you have selected your age to be under 16 while creating an account.

All outdoor activities show calories when synced to Strava but when you do any indoor activities it doesn't, do you know why or how to get it to show? Thanks
How have you found the GPS on the Stratos 3 holds up? I've got a GTR that I love but the GPS is pretty cooked, useless for runs, thinking of upgrading to a Stratos 3

But what if you do more runs in one and you dont have your Phone with you and you refresh you amazfit app will there still be all of the activities you run on the app or only 1 of them? And will all of the activities will go to strava?

I happen to notice when hiking the moving time is incorrect when it syncs to strava. It has something to do with the algorithm strava runs on the symced gps file. Because in mountains you move slowly and strava detects it as i am not moving although i am. Really annoying and I havent found the solution yet. Do you know if its the same with garmin watches?
my trex is sync with strava, but after workout strava doesn 't show calories. Just time and avr/max bpm. On zepp calories are shown. My weight,age, sex are enterd on both app. Anyone have the same problem?

My T-Rex will sync with Strava and the run does automatically load but every single activity has pace data skewed so incorrectly that it makes it look like I'm running or walking at a 25 second per mile pace. Obviously this will screw up all my records and history and my friends kudos are all sarcastic and it's essentially worse than worthless, because i have to delete the runs to avoid the bad pace records. This happens 100% of the time so at least it's consistent, but I've tried to email support, and look on Reddit to fix it, and all they said was to resync the watch/app and I have and the problem remains. To be clear the watch loads good date to the Amazfit app, it's when the data goes from the Amazfit app to strava it goes wrong. I also contacted strava and they said its' amazfit's problem. Please help. I'm going to have to return the T-rex, which I love, if I can't get this figured out in the next week.
@@andresousa3822 yes I did get it fixed. I reset and reconnected the watch and it started working correctly. But I was running with a friend who used a Garmin and his watch was more accurate even after I fixed the problem Soo I still returned it. So sad. I loved the army green.

Does Strava use the barometric elevation gains recorded by the Amazfit watches, or does it automatically use the Strava elevation model, same as used by Strava app? I'm fed up with the poor strava elevation model when mountain biking & hiking.

I have an amazfit GTR and am having trouble syncing. It randomly syncs Sometimes works, sometimes nothing. Is there a way to manually upload one of my mountain biking workout sessions? I don't have the export function in the watch like you do. Or at least I can't find it. I do have an export in the new Zepp app. But wasn't sure how to integrate it into Strava?
@@donavonhornbeck I got it figured out. I kept getting an error message on the Strava website that it was a duplicate. I basically had to delete the original which was recorded on the phone and then upload the GPX file from the Zap app.
@@donavonhornbeck also, found the fix to randomness of syncing issue when recording on phone and watch. Always stop your watch recording first then immediately go into the zepp app and refresh it. The data should go directly to the strava app. Then stop/finish on the strava app. If this ia done in reverse the strava app will think the zepp data is a duplicate and reject it.

@@fleckdiego yes, I use both the phone strava app and my watch incase one fails. You must stop/sync the watch recording first. I press stop on the watch, go into zepp app on phone and refresh, then go to main page on strava app and refresh that. I wait for the sync notification before clicking finish on the strava recording. Works everytime
I connected the Strava account on the Zepp app and worked well the first time. On the next activity, doesn't work and I need to manually update the GPX file. I've released the account and added it again, but nothing works. The activity is synced on the Zepp app, but don't sync to Strava.
@@veronicamaglapuz2294 please try to open the Zepp app first, touch and pull down to synchronize. After that, open the Strava app. If it doesn't work, you can open the Strava app, start a new activity and then stop, when you stop the Zepp activity will come to Strava.
That’s really weird... someone else said the same thing, so it’s not just you. My T-Rex seems to be syncing just fine, so I’ll see if I can find some sort of explanation or solution.

I wish Amazfit watches supported interval running.
The Amazfit Stratos 3 Watch does. It has a dedicated button for splits.
