Our family came here about four years ago and it was a wonderful holiday , lovely and clean , food lovely, romms Great , staff really nice 😘😍

Thanks for the review. Me and my wife stayed there in 2008...yes a long time ago. Lovley Hotel then and looks lovley now. The lay out is pretty much the same. The water fall at the far end of the pool was amazing. One of my all time favourite hotels 👍
i stay here every christmas absolutely love it... this is the 1st christmas in liverpool...in years.. love the vlogs dude...

@@connordegan9763 sat it in right now!! It's lovely - slighty older crowd and families, but suits me fine as feels very safe and very quiet at night after 12pm!!👍🏻

Shame about the volcano dog - i had evrything in place by Thursday afternoon to start taking him & then we discovered the issue with his breed. Never mind! Hope you had a good time. Great videos - i’m back over for St Patricks in March.

We stopped at the best tenerife in October Kevin, the hotel was ok but we were given a room on the seventh floor but the lifts only went to the sixth floor once I lugged the cases up two flights of stairs everything was fine
Can't believe lift doesn't go to top ! Thanks for info
Kevin i think the rooms on the seventh floor had recently been added hence the the lifts didn't go that high they were next to the up adults only area
I remember going here in 2016 and I stayed in one of them ground floor rooms and their alright. Nice video

Hi Kevin, it looks good BUT those lower ground floor rooms a no go for me. Sitting out you would only see folks from the knees down only 😀 and everyone would see into your room 😣 have to keep your Yfronts on at all times 🙄. I know I'm a picky sod. Cheers DougT in Mancs

Great hotel location and staff
You missed out the Optimist Apartments, opp the Vulcano, you had them is shot too..I stay here whenever i come out to Tenerife, back out on the 23rd December, Lots of Brits stay too..All Self Catering, Nice Pool, Free Parking & Wifi including a Router in each room so you can bring your own TV box...
sorry I know I planned to go in if I could and forgot, maybe next time.

Hi can only do it if I stay in hotel really , if they offer me a good deal you never know.

Just returned from this hotel wouldn’t class it as a 4 star
yip most people I speak to say its more 3 star.
what this hotel like mate fae Glasgow coming over few month trying find decent place no been over 7/8 year weed scene changed over there now it’s proper a want be close to cannabis clubs and the strip it las Americas somewhere nice and clean. If a can get somewhere close to greenhouse or big nasty bdl Tenerife club that open be perfect
heard its ok bit dated inside, closest hotels to big narstie is h10 gran tinerfe, hotel troya and hotel gala also quite close. I have few videos walking by there. Sol Tenerife also close.
