Then I had to work out everything again. Build up from a position of not trusting any of my own impressions and judgement but I am high functioning and reasonably successful at work and in my personal life. You have to forgive others who may put you down. I suspect I understand a dimension of life they will never experience and if you survive I think it can have some positive insights. People have all sorts of half baked ideas about mental issues but I always knew my talent was partly driven by the way my mind is wired. We all have strengths and weaknesses but if you understand them you can use the positives and deal with the negatives.
