That looks awesome! Adding the. Lack border around Jack is what makes the piece!! You can just cut the Jack Skelton out and glue him onto the board then paint over him. Your surface does have to be smooth though.
@@MichelleSmithCreationsI finally found what I needed but I had to get the 10inch mesh I noticed it said I could use that size but how long do I cut it and how many rolls will I need
You are so welcome. I dislike the fraying as well. I have created three methods that have little to no fraying, this is just one method. Check out this video to learn other techniques to reduce or eliminate fraying on deco mesh wreaths ua-cam.com/video/aBUpF3xv7Rc/v-deo.html
I am making a wreath of nightmare before Christmas. I am using a outdoor stake that was broken and in clearance last year from Walmart. I myself tried to make it last year but didn’t know quite how to make it) slowly found some pieces that would go and I’m finishing it up and gifting it.
Oh wow Michelle this has got to be one of the cutest wreaths ever. I’m aware of the character, but haven’t actually seen the movie. An absolutely awesome job. Love it!
Home run Michelle. He looks great. I shared this video with my daughter. My granddaughter's birthday is on Halloween. She loves horror movies and Jack.❤
I just discovered your channel and have been binge watching all your videos. They have improved so much compared to the earlier ones. I think the overhead camera view is so much better for the viewers to see what you are doing. I love your teaching style and I love your work. You are incredibly talented! And...your nails are always smoking! Keep up the good work!
I am obsessed with this wreath. I love watching your videos. Your creations are amazing. I also like how you explain everything that you are doing before you do it so that we don’t have to guess how you did it. I hope that makes sense because I know it was a mouth full lol. Anyway girl you’re awesome.
How adorable.... My daughter in law loves nightmare before Christmas.. she definitely needs one...thank you again Michelle for another wonderful video😊
I absolutely love jack.. I can’t believe you are so close to me here in cali .. I will attempt to do one but it always goes down hill before the halfway mark lo😂.. but I do ❤watching your videos for inspiration, thank you 😊
To get the right image on the board , instead of the reverse .All you have to do, is turn the tracing paper over before you put it on the board, and pencil the picture on the back of the paper . Then you can put the picture the right side down and get the face in the proper way.
OMG, this is so cute!! This is my second Halloween wreath tutorial of yours that I've watched and you're a great teacher and i love your creativity,! Thanks 💜😊
I love me some Jack, That is really cute!!! Is there a reason you just didnt modge podge your picture to cardboard?? I think I would of maybe tried modge podgie that paper to cardboard im not a good painter.. I was thinking you could of attached the cardboard circle to metal plate too?
Michelle have you ever done a heart shaped Halloween wreath? I keep thinking about it but not sure what to do. I have a few heart forms I'm not sure what to do with and love doing Halloween stuff

Yes it will work with 10 inch mesh. You will need to figure out how many you are going to need, it depends on so many factors but you will need at least 2 10X10 rolls maybe even a third depending on how thick you want the base.
And I run to the dollar tree. Love this.
So great👍🏻💀

I’ve had issues with that in the past, with a paper than lifts and curls.
Omg...too cute!
Very cute
You are so kind

Thank you so much, I am glad the videos have been helpful.
I'm so excited to make this! This is adorable! Unfortunately, I cannot find your PDF on your Facebook page. I follow you over there.
You can always search the Internet just like I did
I can't find the pumpkin embellishment where on Amazon the wreath is Great
The pumpkin embellishments came from Dollar Tree and they will have them this year! They also have them at DollarTree.com
I love me some Jack, That is really cute!!! Is there a reason you just didnt modge podge your picture to cardboard?? I think I would of maybe tried modge podgie that paper to cardboard im not a good painter.. I was thinking you could of attached the cardboard circle to metal plate too?
Mod podging paper onto a wood piece and then putting it outside does not last anywhere near as long as painting the piece.
Hi Michelle, will this method work with an 18 in wreath? 😊
Absolutely amazing ❤❤
Yes, absolutely You will need to use more mesh and I would use a larger face for Jack
@@MichelleSmithCreations Thank you
Really cute! Love this wreath. Question…..where did you get the pumpkin picks?
Dollar Tree
@@MichelleSmithCreations thank you😀
❤❤❤❤
Michelle have you ever done a heart shaped Halloween wreath? I keep thinking about it but not sure what to do. I have a few heart forms I'm not sure what to do with and love doing Halloween stuff
I have not done a heart shaped Halloween wreath. You could, I am thinking day of the dead or maybe a steampunk Halloween wreath might work.
I might try it. If I have enough to do one. If I do ill share it :) if it isn't horrible lol
Great job.
Looks like Jack has an afro. Lol
What exactly size is the black mesh that you got from Dollar tree
A standard role of dollar tree deco mesh is 6 inches at 5 yards
Can you please say where you got the bow holder couldn't find it on amazon
I got it from Amazon
This wreath is SOO ADORABLE! Can this method be done with 10 inch mesh and only use 2 roses per bundle?
Yes, you can do it with 10 inch mesh. And depending on the mesh if it’s really thick you may be only able to do one rose per bundle.
@@MichelleSmithCreations thanks, this new method is GREAT!
Where do i get the face to download?.. I'm a follower on UA-cam
Unfortunately, UA-cam does not provide an area for you to upload any type of files. You can join my Facebook group Michelle Smith Creations there I list any files that I use in my crafts for download.
Can 10 inch mesh be used for this?
Yes, it can
What kind of 0aper did you use this trace jack with?
Kind of paper?
Tracing paper
🎃💀🎃
My Dollar Tree does not have any Halloween merchandise out at this time! Frustrating!
Make your list so you know what to buy when your stores get there Halloween.
Have you tried the rose bundle method with 10 inch mesh? If so, how many rolls would I need to fill a 14 inch frame?
Yes it will work with 10 inch mesh. You will need to figure out how many you are going to need, it depends on so many factors but you will need at least 2 10X10 rolls maybe even a third depending on how thick you want the base.
Has anyone else been able to find any of this at their Dollar Tree store? I'm in Florida....sigh
Halloween has just started to hit stores
❤❤❤❤
