That connector at time stamp 7:25 is called a Romex Connector. Its used to run electrical wiring to and from electrical housing boxes. From the size of it will probably hold some very beefy 4 gauge wire.

That clamp is an electrical clamp, the screw part tightens around the wire and you install it into an electrical box. That clamp is most likely a 240 or 480 volt clamp.
