Tip: Add the maximum axles to your trucks and trailers. More axles equals more money per load. Some states won't allow the max axles though. Another tip: Find the Wilson cattle trailer by Pinga in the workshop and install it. You will get rich by finding all the Bushnell farms loads, and also the Rail Export.
Thanks for the tips however...this was only a test for employees to see what base ge trailers would make them the most money if at all. I have an entire playlist on employees testing what's the best for them. Thanks for watching and commenting
I like what your doing ; this is something definitely different but if you don’t run each different test in every different location then your not getting a true accurate test (for example) if you don’t run the base trucks at each location then your not getting accurate testing or vise versa… and those locations were drivers aren’t working; you have to go in their and pickup loads and take to the yard and assign to those drivers ( I think) or it might be as simple as having the right trailers in the right areas to be most profitable/ if you put a tanker in a area where a car hauler should be then of course the drivers are not going to run and the game is not going to deadhead the drivers over to another state or garage so they can get loads… if you run test at 5 shops with 5 different trucks and 5 different drivers and 5 different trailers than that 100 different actual possibility for that test ????
I will be making a video testing location differences within another week or so to confirm if location does change in game. This test was done assuming location doesn't make a difference so it's not 100 possible outcomes but 5. I am very curious to see what location does to change things for this test. Thanks for watching, I am excited to try out the location method
Great a useful video. I'm new to the game (only a few months) and what I was doing was buying used trucks of 3/4/5 stars for the drivers. As I'm buying new trucks for me, I would give my "old" new truck to a driver and sell the old used truck or hire more drivers and make them use that truck. From your video it is beneficial to buy new trucks (and even upgrade them) to make more money. Great video thanks 😊
I am so glad I was able to help you. Welcome to the Trucking community, and thanks for watching I'm glad you enjoyed the video. I will be doing more testing videos just like this one in the very near future
Very interesting, however its missing one key point. The cost of those trucks and or repairs and upgrades to those trucks. It cost you a lot less to set up the garage with used unrepaired trucks, therefore actually profit there is much better.
You should watch my last video, I tested that assumption and it turns out this option is the most profitable l, even if you factor half the price for the trucks, your employees were making 2-4 times the profit with these trucks which is why i continued with this setup. Thanks for watching
@rynesherman9099 well that's exactly why I make them, I like helping people as much as I can. I'm working on a pretty big update for employees, I've got 3 videos in the works with employees and the final one will definitely give all of the info with tests proven to help you and your buddy out
Hope this helps. I currently have 300 drivers and mix of stock trucks and trailers. and my total money over two years and 1 month is. 1.76 billion they are all lvl 10 at this point.
Personally I will not build a garage in a city with less than 10 businesses, I do not put employees in garages without box trailers,(1) low boy and(1) flatbed assigned to the garage and I dont ever put my employees in stock trucks under 500hp and no sleeper because 45mph with no towing ability for you is the same for them. It is worth mentioning I have found, They will pull tankers, but they have never touched my Car Hauler, Logger or grain trailers. All my opinion and great video! I am happy to see someone getting into this topic that most will not touch and maybe we will all learn something.
Hey I greatly appreciate your input i will make note of that and try to test that out when i do run the trailer test very very soon. I know this is a topic alot of people ask about but don't ever put in the work to actually answer it will proof of testing. Thanks for watching and I hope you enjoyed it. I will mention you in the video test when I do test the trailers. It'll be a few weeks most likely before that video is public still yet but I am now excited to give it a try
So, it looks like the best option is to not have any trailers? That’s weird because I thought that way you can generate more profit per mile, very nice video, hope you do the comparison between trailers to see which one has more profits
I thought so too but from what this test shows is for employees it's better to have no trailers at all to be more profitable and that's not even including the cost of trailers just income only. I haven't tested for yourself as a driver using trailers yet but from what I can tell it is better to have trailers for yourself. I will be testing which trailer is best for employees next and then I will be testing the same things for yourself as a driver so I've got alot of videos coming soon. Thanks for watching, I'm glad you enjoyed it
I think the AI may have a random nature to their search for jobs. Granted I have 1 lowboy one of my garages can use and alot of times it can't make return loads. But I think they have a chance of not finding a job regardless
@@redbelliedgaming Well I guess I'm gonna get rid of all my trailers, btw it would be nice if for your next analysis you can use some sort of visual representation of your results, like a table or a chart, that way we could compare more easily, nice video btw.
I was surprised to see the result also. I did test trailers and that video will go up tomorrow morning....wait until you see that one, you will be very surprised on the outcome and I bet change what you do in game for employees again lol. Thanks for watching, hopefully you enjoyed enough to watch the next video
Yep, that video goes up this week. I tested locations out for employees. It'll either go up tomorrow or Friday. I hope you have been enjoying these videos, thanks for watching
Good to know u wasn't aware they would quit like that. It must've been because their trucks weren't working as they were damaged and not repaired. Just did another test that goes up tomorrow morning I tried another test. Thanks for watching
@Dubstone im sorry you don't like it. I like trying new thing's for my channel, it must have worked tho, since you clicked on it lol. Thanks for watching
Your timing for this guide couldn't have come at a better time for me. Thank you good sir!!! ❤🔥

My employees use my logging trailers, but they are in 49X’s so maybe a vocational truck is a requirement🤷♂️
@@SoleEpiphany I stand corrected because one of my dudes actually used a log trailer in Portland yesterday.
@@TonyChristy-dy7qv sweet!, what truck was he using?

just discovered your channel/vid. Any insight if location assisted in any of the profits?

@forreal5331 actually it will be uploaded tomorrow morning around 830am. I am excited to share my results with you
I once hired one person and had no truck to use, then they quit about a 6-7 days later . This was way before 1.51 or 1.52.
