Yeah, I agree with you. Eating healthy is a big part. The food over there is generally healthier than the food where I'm from (U.S), which is probably why a lot of people there are thinner. Plus, she dances a lot so that's basically her workout. Genes play some role, but not a lot. Most of the people in my family are heavy-set. I was too at one point; I still am somewhat. But I've been working out more often and eating a lot better so I've managed to lose some weight. My goal is to get around mina's fat% or May J... just so my abs will show through lmao.

Even if that means sitting at a post office for 8 hours of your day. I still dance today and ive taught many friends of mine to know how to dance so dont worry!
