The NBA is an embarrassment. No accountability with many players. You have to let these teams grow. You are not going to have a championship roster every single year. There’s going to be some unforeseen events that go on during a season.
I recently watched a video on the 83-84 Celtics. They beat the lakers in the finals. If it was today, pat riley would have been fired. He would have won one title and lost in two consecutive finals.
Look, if lebrick is with the Lakers next year, the ONLY coach, in my memory, that could really get through to him, and demand respect from him, is Phil...like he was able to with michael and shaq (read the history of what I'm refering to in the books)...(Also, he was never able to get through to Kobe however, as Kobe remained a selfish ballhog his entire career).😁✌️
