Just got back from a 2 week stay. First time at the Grand and my 35th Iberostar vacation. Perfect Staff, beautiful grounds, the only hitch was that food fell way short of expectations. I will return but with lowered thoughts on food.
@@sorinabalan1913 do they have refill stations all around the property? in your room, did they have bottled soda too? One last question - did you have issues with reservations even though the buffet food was better ?

been there last week. that was the most amazing resort i ever stayed in. damnnnn the luxury was too good

You can use your own mug or you can use their bottles and glasses.
