india diaries_3 | waterfalls, sound healing, rooftop meditation

thank you so much for being here for another week of adventures in rishikesh, india ! so grateful for this opportunity to do my yoga teacher training in the yoga capital of the world 🙏✨ this week there was pranayama class at waterfalls and on rooftops, sound healing class, full moon meditations and lots and lots of yoga practise. i enjoyed showing you more of my personal practise during this video- how someone who is in training learns the astanga primary series + practises inversions ! 🫧🪩
