hi charles bang.. i have A4VSO 260 DFE1Z.. The problem is the pump sometime give the pressure. sometime not. the worse part is the angle valve open around 50% but still not pressure. Also the speed card VT5031 always showing error. any advise???
You are using an electro-hydraulic control type pump. If you can check the sensor and output signal then it might be helpful to figure it out. If the feedback signal is not proper then the output signal will not work fine.

What pump have you bought exactly?
A4VSO40 DR is working like an on/off function.
DFR can compensate for the flow of load-sensing.
