ok - assuming that all the villagers have the same weight - that being the average weight of a human - add 500g for their clothes - that is around 94kg.
there are around 16 villagers there, meaning that the total is 1504kg.
There are 30 weights, so all we need to do is divide the total mass of the villagers by 30.
1504 / 30 = 50.13kg
Each weight is 50.13kg or 110.51lbs.
